Shane's 7th Birthday!

Shane celebrated his 7th Birthday today with a few friends at Chuck E Cheese. He just loves to play games with his buddies! He also lost 2 teeth this week - one mid week, and the other today. He has an awesome toothless smile. And, as you can see from the pictures, he loves to make silly faces for the camera!

Trestles Beach with Cousins

Jen's cousins hung out for the day at Trestles Beach near San Onofre. Howard with sons Wyatt and Marshall drove out to California from Wyoming to visit with brother Jim and his family, Marie & Sophie. Judy and Jen met up with them for a fun day of surf together. It was a great time to see our cousins and hang out.

Easter

On Saturday, we celebrated Easter with Jen's family. The kids enjoyed an egg hunt with cousins KendraLee & Mattie. We all enjoyed a wonderful meal, then desert ended up with a game of telephone with the whole gang - it was so funny to play this with the kids and adults together, we had lots of laughs. The Dagel clan went on vacation, and were not able to join us this year. But, we did celebrate with Jen's dad & Janet, Judy and her girls. Our dog Storm had a fun time with Bubba too.

Then, after going church, we celebrated Easter Sunday with Scott's family. The kids enjoyed another egg hunt with cousins Nina & Anna; and we all enjoyed another great dinner (it's always fun to have 2 great meals for each holiday). We were able to spend the day with Scott's parents, Tim & Crystal, Aunt Kathi & Uncle Dan and Wendi, Darryl & girls.

I just love being able to celebrate the holidays with all of our family!!

Kylee & Shane's Family Birthday Party

The kids had a fun time with the immediate family for their Birthday's. We had a Wii & Guitar Hero III party - it was so much fun and all the family got involved, including the adults.

Kylee's 9th Birthday

Kylee celebrated her 9th Birthday at the American Girl Place in LA with her cousins Mattie & Nina (mom & Mimi were there too). We went to the Theatre for a wonderful show, to the Cafe for an amazing dinner, and lots of shopping in between all of the events. The girls had a blast and really enjoyed the store. Then, they had a little slumber party, playing with all of the new American Girl doll purchases, getting the dolls ready for bed, dancing around, and watching a movie. It was a really special time to be able to spend Kylee's birthday weekend with her cousins.
